NL2POKER understands that the security of your personal information is extremely important to you, because it is important to us. For this reason, we have taken extensive steps to ensure that every aspect of our poker rooms is protected, so that you may play safely without worrying about compromising your security.
We trust in nothing but the best when it comes to security systems online, and use the 128-bit encryption technology when transferring data over the Internet. The way this top-of-the-line system works, to keep players and their money safe when playing at NL2POKER, is each player is issued with a unique account number, which is protected by their own password that they alone can access.

There are no problems with players stacking the deck, dealing off the bottom or peeking at anyone else's hole cards in online poker. It's an extremely safe game to play. The only possible threat to fair play comes from collusion - where players share information and play to help each other win. Between NL2POKER and our poker software providers Microgaming we aim to minimize any possible risk.
Microgaming is one of the most respected names in the industry, and players in the poker network are automatically protected by Fraud Control Systems and client server encryption. Additionally, thanks to their years of experience in fraud prevention, they also developed Collusion Detection Software (patent pending) that tracks all play in real time. Every hand played is automatically and instantly analyzed. The software picks up in real time any plays by colluding players. And when anything suspicious is detected, the players hand histories are brought up for examination by the experienced security team - and any necessary action taken
There is very little cheating that can be accomplished online. No one can mark the cards, no one can peek at your hole cards, no one can stack the deck or put a cold deck on the table. Playing poker online is very safe. The possibilities that can and do happen in land casinos and card rooms can’t happen online.
However, there is one thing which happens in land casinos that some cheaters do try to get away with online: they try to collude, that is, share information and play their hands in order to help each other win. This is also known as “playing partners”.
Clearly, colluding is not tolerated at NL2 and its provider Microgaming. In order to thwart any and all attempts at collusion among players, Microgaming, with its years of experience in fraud detection and prevention, have developed a Collusion Detection Software (patent pending) that, among other capabilities, tracks all play in real time. Every hand played at NL2POKER is automatically and instantly analyzed. The software watches for and recognizes in real time any and all plays used by colluding players and, whenever any suspicious plays are detected, the players’ hand histories are brought up for examination by our experienced, expert staff.
Colluders will have their accounts frozen and will be banned from NL2POKER, Microgaming and all its affiliated sites worldwide.
All the cards that are dealt in the NL2POKER client are shuffled by a random generator. Microgamings random generator is tested once a month by eCOGRA. This means that the cards could be dealt at any live poker table in the world.
